All communication between users and third parties occurs exclusively outside of FanKey via independent third-party platforms, including but not limited to WhatsApp or Telegram.

3. Access Without User Accounts

FanKey does not require the creation of user accounts, profiles, or logins.

Access to the Service is granted through the checkout process based on the information provided at the time of purchase.

4. Pricing, Charges, and Payment Structure

4.1 Initial Access Fee

An initial one-time payment of USD 1.00 is charged at checkout and enables immediate access to the Service.

4.2 Subsequent One-Time Charge

A further one-time charge of USD 150.00 is automatically processed 30 days after the initial transaction.

This charge is part of the originally agreed pricing structure and completes payment for the Service.

4.3 No Subscription or Ongoing Membership

The Service is not provided on a subscription basis and does not include recurring billing or renewals.

4.4 Payment Authorization and Responsibility

By completing checkout, users authorize FanKey and its payment providers to process the agreed charges. Users are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are handled exclusively by third-party payment service providers. FanKey does not store or access full payment card details.

6. Refunds and Support

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Due to the digital nature of the Service, refunds are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. User Conduct and Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws, and refrain from misuse of the Service.

8. Third-Party Platforms and External Interactions

FanKey is not responsible for third-party platforms or interactions occurring outside of the Service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” FanKey DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Limitation of Liability

FanKey’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service and excludes indirect or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FanKey from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Intellectual Property

All website content and branding are owned by Viralvoice Consulting EOOD and may not be used without prior written consent.

13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. Class actions are waived.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. The contractual language is English.

15. Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
